Zeneta is an exposed sandy beach break in the Casablanca area that typically delivers consistent surf, with the strongest/most reliable period in winter. The working wind direction is from the southeast, which tends to act offshore and improve wave shape. For surf, a northwest swell is the key pairing described for the best results, with moderate wave power and generally average wave quality. The break is characterized as favoring right-hand waves, though another description also indicates the possibility of both directions depending on conditions. Typical conditions are influenced by tide and swell size: one provider highlights improved rides at mid-tide with a clean northwest swell, while another notes that very large swells can lead to closing out. A moderate shore break is also reported. Water quality is the main downside: pollution and poor water conditions have been repeatedly flagged as hazards, particularly after heavy rain when industrial-zone impacts and runoff are more likely.
